Interesting PuzzleJan 11, 2010
By Wren I bought this as a gift for my Dad. We've worked on it together over the holidays. It's a challenging 2000 piece puzzle. The pieces are all different sizes and shapes, even the edge pieces. The pieces fit snugly together, so you can move a group of them fairly easily. It's a large puzzle, so make sure you have an adequate work space before starting it.
My nieces, who are ages 8 and 10, helped put it together as well. They enjoyed seeing the different currencies of other countries. It was actually able to keep their attention, at least until it was time to open presents.
This is a great puzzle for anyone interested in foreign currencies. All the currencies shown are bills, not coins. It's a very pretty puzzle once complete and would be a nice puzzle to hang on the wall.

Good puzzleDec 25, 2008
By EricaT Great puzzle for one that likes to travel and likes to do puzzles. Not easy by any means, but it's fun and educational to look at the world currencies.

An overall quality puzzleDec 17, 2010
By Mason Smith This is a great puzzle for a family to work on over a few days. This is a tradition in my family, over Thanksgiving and Christmas.
The currencies are similar enough that it's a healthy challenge, but it's not overwhelming or frustrating. The main reason this puzzle doesn't get too hard is that the pieces are cut well enough that it's pretty clear when you've got a correct match.
The puzzle is quite large (the 14 inch dimensions listed are for the box, not the complete puzzle). You need 35 by 45 inches, approximately.
It's not the cheapest puzzle, but you can tell it's not a cheap puzzle when you put it together, and I think it's a good value.

Beautiful challengeDec 06, 2010
By C. Macdonald Putting together this puzzle is pure joy. Challenging - yes! I love a puzzle that takes a while to put together. In this puzzle the individual pieces are often works of art as they are each just a snippet of money. The shapes of the pieces in this puzzle are one of the best I have put together. There aren't any accidental fits that really aren't right. Seeing the artwork in each piece of money is a joy.
This puzzle will take me and my husband a couple of weeks. And it is quite large, but we can dedicate the dining room table to it for that time.
Christmas GiftDec 25, 2010
By Biff I bought this as a gift so not sure if it durable, but the shipment came in perfect condition. The puzzle box itself was not damaged when it arrived.
