My six year old son loved this, and put it together right away, all by himself! I like that it is unpainted, that way he can use his imagination to paint it himself.

If you plan on keeping it maybe buy some glue and some sand paper. You have to pop the pieces out of cuts of wood and that often created splinters.

This product would have been better if the pieces were more durable. I went to take them out of the wooden piece that they were in and half of the pieces broke or got stuck in the wood.
